PHD Valuations (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black female owned property valuation company formed in 2009. The company specializes in the valuation of physical assets for various clients and various valuation reasons. The company’s founding member Precious Makoe is a registered Professional Valuer with 17 years experience in the property industry gained through working for various financial institutions, listed sector and a Development Finance Institution. Precious has extensive experience in the valuation field and competent with various property valuation methods including the DCF analysis techniques, the income capitalisation approach, the cost approach, the comparable sales approach and the residual approach. Precious has undertaken valuation of various types of properties. PHD Valuations (Pty) Ltd is also covered with Professional Indemnity Insurance further protecting our clients.

Precious Makoe
Professional Valuer
Precious Makoe holds a BCom Hons in Property Valuation and Management obtained from University of Johannesburg, National Diploma in Real Estate Majoring in Property Valuation obtained from UNISA, National Diploma in Commercial Administration obtained from the University of Johannesburg, a certificate in farm valuations offered by Agriland and a certificate in Sectional Title Trustee Training accredited by University of Cape Town. She has extensive experience in the commercial property finance sector. She has done valuations for residential, retail, office, industrial, farms, hotels, lodges, agricultural, township establishment, developments, schools, flats and various specialised properties
Patricia Dhlamini
Operation Administrator
Patricia Dhlamini has a certificate in Adult Basic Education and Training obtained through UNISA. She has 7 years experience in civil works. Her company Dhlamini Business Enterprise has been involved in several RDP housing developments around Gauteng installing stormwater drainages, sewerages and bulk services. Patricia Dhlamini will be dealing with the administration of the project which includes receiving requests and distributing to relevant parties.
