About Us
PHD Valuations (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black female owned property valuation company formed in 2009. The company specializes in the valuation of physical assets for various clients and various valuation reasons. The company’s founding member Precious Makoe is a registered Professional Valuer with 17 years experience in the property industry gained through working for various financial institutions, listed sector and a Development Finance Institution. Precious has extensive experience in the valuation field and competent with various property valuation methods including the DCF analysis techniques, the income capitalisation approach, the cost approach, the comparable sales approach and the residual approach. Precious has undertaken valuation of various types of properties
